What we do as planners and coordinators is completely take the stress off of you and your family and give you the opportunity to relax, enjoy, have fun, be present and in tune with your big day.  We know who’s who in the industry, we negotiate vendors on your behalf, we let you have a life outside from planning your wedding, we pack it all up at the end of the night for you, we bring your vision to life, we just do it all so you can have that memorable time of your life!

What exactly do you do as a wedding planner?

This is a very important question to ask because each planner works differently and you need to find which one is the best for you. We will coordinate the logistics of the event – answering all calls, in constant contact with vendors, scheduling the day, and much more. If you don’t have a vision for the wedding, we provide ideas and themes according to your needs.  We bring your vision to life, working with your budget to make your dream like wedding magical and spectacular.

How early into it should we hire a wedding planner?

You just got engaged!  Congratulations!  Lets start planning!  It’s best to hire a planner when you have absolutely no clue what to do and how to go about planning your big day.  Or even if you know what you want, have all the vendors known, but just need help in coordinating the day of.  From the time you walk into our doors, to the time you say your final goodbye is our dedication to you.

What type of packages do you offer?

Just as how all brides are different with their needs and wants, your package will be different as well.  We customize your package according to your needs and wants for the days of your events.

How much communication will we have?

We will be in constant communication because after all, it is your wedding.  If you’re hiring us to do it all, we will be on top of all scheduling and appointments and making sure you know everything every step of the way.  If you only want us for the day of, we’re in contact months before the day to know of all vendors, go over scheduling and the day of, we hold all responsibility making sure everything goes smooth and easy.
